RETURN&EXCHANGE



We provide 100% refund policy.

Unworn, regularly stocked items - with the exception of the items in the “Final Sale & Nonreturnable Items”- may be returned by contacting our customer care team within 7 days of the delivery date. A representative will create a return authorization and give you further instructions for completing the procedure.


Defective Merchandise:

If you receive a defective item, you will have to file a warranty claim. For more information on warranties and this process, please contact us.

Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.e return process. 

We will reimburse the whole cost of the Products returned by the Customer, provided that they are in their original packaging and that they have not been worn nor damaged. 

Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items. (In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem piece rather than the entire package.).


Before you return your merchandise please follow the steps below: 

-Take a picture of the defective/incorrect item(s) showing the issue.

-Email us at service@flairdressing.com

*Further instructions will be given through email. 


Items that refundable:

We do our best to serve our each customer the best that we can.

We will refund you for items returned within 7 days of you receiving them, for any reason. A full refund will be given if items are returned in their original condition.

Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.


Refund:

On receiving items, we will refund you immediately. 

The standard refund procedure takes 7~14days dependent on your issuing bank.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Cancellation:

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If it's more than 24 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time.
